Refund and Return Policy

Refunds:

  1. We offer refunds for eligible products within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.
  2. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.
  3. To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer service team at support@palmwholesaler.com and provide proof of purchase.

Returns:

  1. We accept returns for defective or damaged products. If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
  2. Customers may also return products for any reason other than defects or damages within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

Process:

  1. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at support@palmwholesaler.com to receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
  2. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their return.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
